Arkansas Democrat-Gazette/BENJAMIN KRAIN --2/2/12-- Jesse Melton, a brewmaster at Diamond Bear, examines fermenting tanks while cooking a batch of some of the 6 different types of beers the Little Rock brewery makes. In March the brewery will start selling a new Strawberry Blonde seasonal beer.
