MIDDLE SCHOOLERS INDUCTED INTO NEW CHAPTER

Lisamari Alfaro plans to be a lawyer, the eighth-grader at Greer Lingle Middle School announced as she flipped her dark hair over her shoulder.

Honor Society Requirements

To be eligible to join the National Junior Honor Society students must demonstrate:

• Scholarship and the love of learning

• Leadership and growth through humility

• Service to their community or school

• Character and the ability to make good choices; and

• Citizenship by setting a good example
