HOT SPRINGS The former boyfriend of a slain Hot Springs police dispatcher has been arrested in Louisiana for a probation violation, according to the Garland County Sheriff's Office.
The office announced in a release Thursday that 28-year-old Kevin Duck was arrested Wednesday by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office, and is being held without bond for violating his probation.
The Garland County Sheriff's Office has named Duck as a "person of interest" in the Dawna Natzke homicide.
The details of Duck's probation and how it was violated were not immediately released. The Garland County Sheriff's Office and Hot Springs Village are offering a combined $11,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Natzke's death.
Natzke, 46, disappeared after leaving a Christmas party with Duck the night of Dec. 21. Her car was found burned Dec. 22 in the Ouachita National Forest off of Arkansas 298 and her body was found nine days later about four miles away.
Those with information about the case are asked to call the Garland County Sheriff's Office at (501) 622-3690, or leave an anonymous tip at (501) 622-3674.
