Corb Lund’s new album was made in part after the Canadian singer songwriter had spent considerable time alone in a cabin in the woods outside Edmonton, Alberta. That’s telling because there is a heady sense of imagination that curls off of Cabin Fever (New West) like so much evocative smoke off a roaring winter fire.
