Arrests Arkansas State Police • Rogelio Armendarez, 23, of 1406 Christy Lane in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony fleeing and misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, driving on a suspended/revoked license, no license plates and no proof of insurance. Armednarez was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday on a $3,500 bond.
