w Lowell R. Torres, 44, of Water Street was arrested Saturday in connection with a felony Santa Fe County, N.M., warrant for failure to appear, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and violation of the implied consent law. Torres was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday awaiting extradition to New Mexico.

• A black Dodge Nitro hit an electric pole at 100 N. 11th St. on Saturday, causing sparks. The car was towed.

• Kevin Henery, 702 S. Fifth St., reported Sunday carolers found three airsoft pistols in his front yard.
• Andy Godfryy reported Saturday a man broke into the office of the 24-hour gym at 1601 W. Walnut St. The man used a screwdriver to break in the door and stole a phone.
• Mary Ann Lattanzio reported Saturday a wallet lost or stolen while at the Rogers Public Library, 711 S. Dixieland Road.
