Arts Live Theatre in Fayetteville is planning a three-day trip to New York for students Aug. 1-3. The drama-themed tour will include visits to Times Square, the Broadway District, the Diamond District, Madison Square Garden and Lincoln Center.

Students will get the chance to see two Broadway shows, to visit Rockefeller Center and to tour Radio City Musical Hall and NBC Studios. A ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty and the Ellis Island and Immigration Museum are also planned.

Total cost for the trip is $1,149 per student. Participants must submit at $250 deposit per person by Jan. 31.

The Rogers Little Theater is hosting auditions for the hit Broadway show 9 to 5: The Musical at 7 p.m. Jan. 2-3 in the Victory Theater, 116 S. Second St. in Rogers.

Based on the 1980s movie, the musical follows the story of three female co-workers pushed to the boiling point by their boss. The show is based on the book by Patricia Resnick and features music and lyrics by Dolly Parton.

Actors should be prepared to read and sing. The show will run Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays Feb. 8-24.
