Free parking, except the parking decks we all paid for and except for any areas the City of Fudville deems residential and no parking in spaces 1 through 300, And no parking, only God knows where or Darrin Wright might know if he was not off work on Christmas Eve and Christmas, so take your chances and if you guess wrong. It's ticket time in Fudville and have a Happy Holiday.
