Arrests

BENTON COUNTY — •Michael S. Tandy, 26, of 753 Zion St. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with residential burglary, possession of a firearm by certain persons and theft of leased/rented/entrusted personal property. He was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

•Freddie Louie Puckett, 30, of 180 Garmen Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with felony nonsupport. He was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail on $10,000 cash bond.

Farmington

•Jimmy Morell, 29, of Farmington, is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in connection with felony aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor charges of carrying a knife as a weapon and disorderly conduct. Bond is set at $5,000.

Springdale

•Maria Chavez, 28, 3608 Scott Lane was arrested Friday by Springdale police in connection with felony theft by receiving, after allegedly depositing two worthless checks, totaling $1,480, in a bank account and immediately withdrawing the money from an ATM. She was released later Friday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting bond. The bond amount was not listed.

•Christopher Winchell, 39, of 322-1/2 S. Pleasant St., Springdale, is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in connection with felony leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, driving while intoxicated, violation of the implied consent law, driving on a suspended license and reckless driving. Bond is set at $5,000.

Sheriff’s Department

•David Cline, 31, of 20626 Wade Road in Springdale arrested Saturday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, third-degree domestic battering, interference with emergency communication and parole violation after he reportedly threatened to kill his mother while choking her, according to the police report. He is being held in Washington County Detention Center. No bond set.

•Micah Edwards, 22, of Ward is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, He was arrested by Sheriff’s Office deputies after his release from Northwest Medical Center- Springdale. He was taken to the hospital after deputies found him unconscious at a residence in War Eagle.
