PUBLIC VIEW POINT: Where Are The Christmas Lights?

Posted: December 22, 2012 at 1:28 a.m.

On a recent Saturday night, we drove over to Fayetteville to see the beautiful lights of the square and then headed to Springdale to see the lights of Murphy Park, but much to our surprise and disappointment the park was dark, except for two small light displays.

As a matter of fact they do. You can get them sent by email or copy/paste from their websites.

I used to belong to a Republican group and that's what they did then and now. Back when I belonged, 25 yrs ago, they sent them via a printed letter and asked you to copy and submit to local paper.

It's LIGHTS OUT IN SPRINGDALE
VIRGINIA POZZA.

Unless the Chamber of Welfare decides it's good for the city it doesn't get done. There's no more water fountain in the large Murphy Park pond either.

The Chamber of Welfare-Springdale Liquor Assocation along with Sue Madison and Jim Holt decided it was best to run Sam's Wholesale Club out of town and thus cost the city coffers a whopping $ONE MILLION DOLLARS in tax revenue.

That's what passes for leadership in Chickenopolis.

Jimmy, one realizes that as a committed statist, you are not used to the truth, so one can understand why you find it monotonous.

One also realizes that you know that the intent of this regime is to sink this country into an even deeper economic catastrophe because you might be able to claim some of the perks of being on the right side...for the moment. Never mind that your children and your parents will suffer, because you never cared about them anyway.

You might want to remember that there will come a time when there will be nobody left to mooch off of after you drive them underground. One would be tempted to pity you, then.

When there is nobody to mooch off of, the poor allways resorts to mob violence to take what is rightfully theirs. Then we shoot them, problem solved.
