Palmer Lee To Perform At Victory Theater

— Palmer Lee, a singer-songwriter and Rogers native, will perform an acoustic set with partner Chase Coy as 3rd & Union tonight at the Victory Theater, 116 S. Second St., in downtown Rogers.

3rd & Union brings together elements of country music from artists such as Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert, as well as folk influences from bands such as The Civil Wars and The Weepies, according to a news release. Their self-titled album was released last month, and rose to 29 on the iTunes country album chart.

A Rogers High School graduate, Lee met Coy at Belmont University in Nashville. While working together on a song to be played at Coy’s sister’s wedding, the two discovered they had songwriting chemistry, and the idea to start a country duo was born, according to the release.

The concert is part of the Holiday Hoopla series of family-friendly events and activities coordinated by Main Street Rogers.

Doors open at 6 p.m. with the show at 7. Tickets are $5 per person, available online or at the door. For more information visit http://bit.ly/3rdUnion12 or call 479-936-5487.
