LITTLE ROCK The FBI in Denver says a Colorado man wanted on child sexual assault charges may be in or heading to Arkansas.
Authorities say 59-year-old James David Tiner has tied to Little Rock and was seen in the area in June.
Tiner is charged in Colorado with three counts of sexual assault on a child and with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Authorities say Tiner is suspected of sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl in 2009 and 2010 while she was at his home in Palisade, Colo., for music lessons.
