• A large-scale development plan waiver for storage at McDonald’s, 903 W. Walnut St. The property is zoned highway commercial.
What was tabled:
• A request from Walter White to rezone 2202 S. Eighth St. from highway commercial to open display commercial was tabled at the request of the applicant.
• A lot split at 2625 Capps Road into a 1.540-acre tract and a 17.304-acre tract in agricultural zoning.
• A large-scale development plan for Habitat Restore at 1200 W. Commons Drive in light industrial zoning.
