Fayetteville

• Jennifer Clay, 26, of 564 E. Lafayette St. was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and furnishing prohibited articles and misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated, improper turn and driving left of center. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,055 bond.

• Jimmie Evans, 29, of 2834 Woodrun Trail in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession with a controlled substance (pharmaceuticals) and misdemeanor charges of driving on a suspended license for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond.

Rogers

• Jonathan Daniel Delcampo-Castellanos, 21, of 3809 Lupine Drive was arrested Monday in connection with sexual assault in the fourth degree. Delcampo-Castellanos was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Yose H. Zekraias, 27, of 3023-A Adrian Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Police said Zekraias fled an accident Sunday at the intersection of Thompson Street and Don Tyson Parkway. Zekraias was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• James Nelson of 1300 S.W. 14th St. reported the theft of a vehicle on Saturday.

• Jeff Hickson of 21942 Bozarth Cemetery Road reported the theft of farming equipment on Saturday.

• Terry Simmons of 18395 Marshall St. reported he parked a semi-truck at the Bus Stop in Garfield and when he returned, the lock was broken and items were stolen Sunday.

• Tanya Lewis reported a theft at 17502 Gann Ridge Road on Sunday.

• Andrew Day reported a cellphone was stolen from a car parked at Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1819 S. Eighth St. on Sunday.

• Ashley Ireland reported Sunday a cellphone was stolen while she was at work at Embassy Suites, 3303 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway.

• Randy Dagit reported the theft of truck parts at Transport Solutions, 2111 S. Eighth St. on Friday.

• Jacob Allen reported a burglary at 623 W. Olive St. on Thursday.

• Roberto Perez reported a burglary at 2382-A Powell St. on Monday.

• Mike Hepp reported a burglary at EZ Credit Auto Sales, 2679 N. Thompson St. on Monday
