Police Make Arrests in Thefts from Vehicles

— A call of a crime in progress led to arrests in connection with six counts of breaking or entering.

Brothers Bobby Enoch, 23, and Casper Enoch, 19, both of 704D Kay Sue Drive in Springdale, were arrested Tuesday in connection with six felony breaking or entering counts and six counts of misdemeanor theft of property.

Police received a call at 11:29 p.m. Tuesday from the resident of 203 Sanders Ave. saying two men were breaking into his vehicle, according to a police news release. Officers found two men hiding in an old barn behind 1000 Lowell Road.

Both men had stolen items on them, including extra coats they were wearing, according to police records. Other stolen items were found scattered along Sanders, between Lowell Road and Fraker Street.

Police found items stolen from six vehicles. The stolen property was returned to its owners.

Both men were in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday in lieu of a $2,500 bond each.
