Arrests

Farmington

• Eloy Sanchez, 51, of 16744 Delight Drive in Lowell was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony rape, sexual indecency with a child and second-degree sexual assault. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday. According to a preliminary arrest report, Sanchez admitted to having sexual contact with a 9-year-old girl.

Pea Ridge

• Macey Renee Ross, 18, of 455 Lee Town Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with misdemeanor possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Ross was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• Mary Margaret Fullerton, 45, of 211 Rolling Oaks Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with sexual assault in the second degree. Fullerton was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Jose A. Delgado, 20, of 5053 Central Drive, Dylan M. Nelson, 19, of 309 N. Otis Ave. in Gentry, and Jose A. Rivera, 19, of 3600 Scott Lane were arrested Tuesday in connection with felony attempted residential burglary. Delgado and Rivera were also arrested in connection with misdemeanor fleeing. Delgado was also arrested in connection with misdemeanor violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Police said the suspects were kicking in the door of a residence at 1323 Hembree Ave. when a neighbor called police. Delgado and Rivera were running away when officers arrived. Delgado, Nelson and Rivera were in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday awaiting a bond hearing.

Sheriff’s Office

• Robert Barber, 27, of 673 Lee Road, 407, in Marianna was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drug and firearms, theft of property, habitual offender and two counts of possession of firearm by certain persons, robbery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

• James Johnson, 19, of 1546 Eldridge Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

• Guy Hendrix, 33, of 23433 Siler Road in Hindsville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, breaking or entering (theft from vehicle) and theft of property. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Fayetteville

• A woman reported Tuesday a man wearing a black ski mask jumped in front of her car on the Interstate 540 southbound ramp, near Sam’s Club. The man was armed with a gun, according to a 911 report. The woman reportedly swerved to miss him and landed in a ditch. No one was injured and no arrest had been made as of Tuesday afternoon.

• Fayetteville police were called Tuesday to the Nibbles Academy of Cooking, 3290 N. Lee Ave. for a report of a burglary. Police said wine and a small amount of money were taken from the business. No one had been arrested as of Tuesday afternoon.

Rogers

• A construction company reported $4,000 in siding stolen from 3404 W. Kirkwood on Monday.

• Someone broke into an apartment, Ashley Johnson, 2605 W. Olive St., reported on Monday.

Springdale

• Vernell Morton reported Monday a burglary at 8443 W. Gibbs Road.

• Brian Snell reported Monday a burglary at 2498 Hilburn Court.

• An employee of La Hacienda El Rosarito, 203 Holcomb, reported Tuesday a burglary at the business.

• Dewey Johnson reported Tuesday a burglary at 1721 E. Robinson Ave. with a computer and an air compressor missing.

• Barbara Porter reported Tuesday a burglary at 6453 Elizabeth Ave.

• Jose Mojito reported Tuesday the theft of 150 gallons of diesel from a truck at the Pilot truck stop, 5660 W. Sunset Ave.
