A living Nativity, presented by First United Methodist Church of Bentonville, is on display from 4 to 5 p.m. each Sunday during Advent on the corner of Central and A Streets in Bentonville. Neighborhood caroling around the square will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

A group discussion will take place at 11 a.m. Sunday at Unitarian Universalists of Benton County in Rogers, 501 S. 40th St. (the Elks Club). Topics include the following: Spiritual walks, Christmas without Christ, great principles such as the Golden Rule and a discussion of last week’s homily.

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Fayetteville, 901 W.

Cleveland St., will host the Claudia Burson Trio in concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Doors open at 7 p.m. The event is a spiritual celebration of the season through jazz.

A dessert and wine reception will follow. Tickets are $25. All proceeds benefitthe fellowship.

United Lutheran Church in Bella Vista, 100 Cooper Road, will serve an Advent supper at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and Dec. 19.

The topic of the final Saturday Bible study for men is “The Intersection of Church & State” by the Rev. Wayne Palmer. The meeting is from 7 to 9 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Village Insurance Community Room. The Bible study is open to all men.

The monthly Women’s Club card party will be Thursday in the parish hall at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Bella Vista, 1 St. Bernard Lane.

The doors will open for light refreshments at 11:45 a.m.

The card party is open to the whole community and partners will be found should you need one.

The annual Christmas program at Village Bible Evangelical Free Church in Bella Vista, 210 Town Center S.E., will be at 6 p.m.

Dec. 16 followed by a dessert fellowship. The program will feature drama as well as the cantata, “And Glory Shone Around.”
