Benton County Sheriff’s Office
-Anthony William Farriester, 39, of 16594 Ross Road in Suphur Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with felony domestic battering in the second degree. Farriester was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Bentonville
-Richard Eugene Lutz, 29, of 2905 N.E. 12th St. was arrested Thursday in connection with driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, two counts of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Lutz was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Washington County Sheriff’s Office
-Tracy Cox, 40, of 764 Buzzard Roost Cutoff in Mountain Home was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of a controlled substance. Cox was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.
-Tricia Poole, 30, of 1013 W. Sherry St. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony theft of property, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. Poole also faces charges from another department. Poole was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,200 bond Thursday.
-Guy Hays, 47, of 2501 E. Kantz Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to register as a sex offender. Hays was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Thursday.
-Jeremy Frederick, 36, of Elkins was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of firearm by certain persons. Frederick also faces a parole violation. Frederick was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.
-Mark Rahat, 27, of 13871 White Oak Circle in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft of scrap metal, breaking or entering and criminal trespass. Rahat was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

-An accident resulting in injury involving a motorcycle and car was reported in front of Candlewood Suites, 4601 W. Rozell St., on Wednesday.
-A hit-and-run accident near Eighth Street and Hudson Road was reported Wednesday.
