A measure of U.S. home prices rose 6.3 percent in October compared with a year ago, the largest yearly gain since July 2006.

And away we go. We're off to a good start in over pricing real estate again to help cause another collapse like we are just recovering from. Not learning from the past means we are doomed to repeating it. The other major powers are more than just snickering.
