Taylor Max Layman, 18, of 305 N.W. H St. was arrested Monday in connection with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Layman was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Cody Wayne Ryder, 19, of 2700 S.W. Commanche was arrested Monday in connection with four felony counts of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and revoke of suspended sentence or probation. Ryder was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jeremy Lee Simpson, 18, of 505 Old Forge Drive was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Simpson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Elijah Thomas Tobey, 18, of 3705 Sandstone Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tobey was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jenilee Brooke Norrell, 30, of 837 S. Cherry St. in Siloam Springs, was arrested Monday in connection with obtaining a controlled substance by false pretenses or theft. Norrell was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

Erick S. King, 35, of 213 Seventh St. in Prairie Grove was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. King was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Griselda Monroy-Moreno, 28, of 1041 Brookhaven St. No. 102 was arrested Monday in connection with a felony federal Drug Enforcement Administration warrant. Monroy-Moreno was turned over Monday to drug enforcement officers.

Cody Tisdell, 21, of 866 W. Wilson Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested in connection with felony breaking and entering. Police said Tisdell’s palm print was found on a car parked at 906 Marylyn St. where items were stolen. Tisdell was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday on a commitment to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Shannon Holm reported Friday she was having a cellphone shipped to her and when she received the box it was empty.

Edith Sisemore, 601 W. Easy St., reported Sunday prescription medication stolen from a vehicle.

Kassi Noisewater reported Sunday a break-in in the parking lot at Harps, 1007 Jones Road.

Brenda Katowich reported Sunday the theft of a TV from the clubhouse at Johnson Meadow Apartments, 2441 Johnson Meadows Place.

Rojai Candler reported Sunday a burglary at 1615 Steele Ave.

Javier Mancia reported Sunday an attempted burglary at 2635 Fruit Tree Ave.

An employee of Walgreens, 3234 E. Robinson Ave., reported Monday receiving a forged prescription.
