Mayor Lioneld Jordan wants a City Council decision this week on where to build a downtown parking deck.

A total waste of money. It is NOT needed

The parking deck will be paid for entirely with revenue from paid parking. If you don't want or need the parking garage, then don't pay to park downtown. That'll show 'em.
