Arrests

Fayetteville

-Javier Soto, 26, of 2706 N. Sixth St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor signals for turning, stopping changing lanes; and driving on a suspended/revoked license. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $410 bond Friday.

-Shelby Smith, 19, of 3121 Woodridge Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with misdemeanor minor in possession of alcohol, operating unsafe vehicle and failure to appear. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,709 bond Friday.

Springdale

-Tilly J. Deparifh, 22, of 118 Pierce Ave. was Thursday arrested in connection with felony delivery of a controlled substance. Tilly was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday awaiting a bond hearing.

-April M. Sherman, 33, and Sherry E. Shoffit, 28, both of 118 Pierce Ave., were arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of methamphetamine. Police said meth was found after they were given permission to search a vehicle. Both were in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday awaiting a bond hearing.

-Ernest Munson, 21, of 514-C Butterfield Coach Road was arrested Thursday in connection with felony absconding and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Munson was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday on a parole violation.

-Heather Tilghman, 27, of 401 Eagle Court in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with felony furnishing prohibited articles, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on drugs and violation of the implied consent law. Police said, after Tilghman was arrested and denied having contraband, items not allowed in jail were found hidden on her. Tilghman was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday awaiting a bond hearing.

-Shelby Keen, 28, of 2646 Julio Road was arrested Friday in connection with felony forgery. Keen, who was already jailed at the Washington County Detention Center, remained there Friday in lieu of $100,000 bond.

-Shelia Graves, 40, of 3308 S.E. 89th St. in Oklahoma City and Amie Birdsong, 32, of 2224 Shenny Road in Choctaw, Okla., were arrested Friday in connection with felony breaking and entering. Police said the two women broke into a vehicle and stole bank and credit cards. Both were already at the Washington County Detention Center when arrested on additional charges. Graves was in the detention center in lieu of $100,000 bond. Birdsong was in the detention center in lieu of $125,000 bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

-Rey Zapien, 24, of Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

-James Jordan. 21, of 14586 Coyle Road in Winslow was arrested Friday in connection with felony residential burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and theft of property. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

-Eli Burrow, 30, of Winslow was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,371 bond Friday.

Fire

Rogers

-A vehicle fire was reported early Thursday at 601 W. Easy St.

-A brush or grass fire was reported at 116 E. Woodside Lane on Thursday.

-A brush or grass fire was reported near the intersection Walnut and Electric streets on Thursday.

Police

Rogers

-A vehicle was reported broken into at 1207 S. Third St. by Charles Holman on Thursday.

-A burglary was reported at 1121 S. Third St. by Waylen Echols on Thursday. The front door was broken in, Echols told police.

Springdale

-Braulio Cratemas reported Thursday a burglary at 2268D Hidden Lake St. with electronic items missing.

Shalawn Moses reported Thursday a burglary at 3314 Eaglecrest Circle.

-Linda Williams reported Friday the theft of a check from 310B Caudle Ave.

-Decee Schluterman reported Friday the theft of an air-conditioning unit from 686 Locust St.
