Arrests Fayetteville: Javier Soto, 26, of 2706 N. Sixth St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor signals for turning, stopping changing lanes; and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
