Pea Ridge routs Elkins in opener

PEA RIDGE — Dayton Winn rushed for 225 yards and five touchdowns, and Pea Ridge beat Elkins 49-7 on Friday in the season-opener for both teams.
Winn rushed for 224 yards in the first half, helping the Blackhawks to a 43-7 halftime lead.
