A man was in the Benton County Jail on Tuesday after being arrested Monday by Rogers police.
Shaye Lee Warner, 22, of 10280 Bonnabel Road in Rogers, was arrested on two counts of felony failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements , according to a news release from the Rogers Police Department.
Warner, a Level 2 sex offender, is required by Arkansas law to report and verify any change of address, employment, education or training.
Warner was convicted of fourth-degree sexual assault in 2010. The offense involved sexual contact with a girl, according to police records.
Warner was also arrested in connection with misdemeanor failure to appear, revocation of a suspended sentence or probation and misdemeanor contempt, according to jail logs.
Warner was being held Tuesday on a $25,440 bond.
