SPRINGDALE — Voters will be able to decide in November if alcohol will be sold on Sunday in the city.

Backers of a petition to allow the sales turned in enough signatures Wednesday to get the issue on the ballot.

The proposal would allow any business with an off-premise permit to sell alcohol. Businesses with that type of permit include liquor, convenience and grocery stores.
