Benton County Sheriff’s Office

• Hector Maricio Erives, 40, of 1481 Arkansas 43 in Siloam Springs was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in connection with possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance. No bond was set.

• Loyd Craig King, 30, of Watts, Okla., was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in connection with felony failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Thomas Duane Nelson, 51, of 17094 Railroad Cut Road in Rogers was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation. No bond was set.

• Santiago Soto-Gonzalez, 23, of 412 N. Ninth St. in Rogers was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in connection with felony failure to appear, misdemeanor failure to appear and two counts of misdemeanor contempt. Bond was set at $6,580.

Bentonville

• David Garduno Jr., 26, of 1249 W. Bishop Drive in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a counterfeit substance. Garduno was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Samuel Vandyke, 18, of 1481 Fredonia Drive in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Vandyke was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Mark Rahat, 27, of 13871 White Oak Circle was arrested Thursday in connection with felony breaking or entering, along with misdemeanor criminal trespass, theft of property and theft by receiving. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,270 bond Thursday.

• Brandon Freeman, 23, of 2758 Arroyo Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

• Teresa Walters, 25, of 1988 East Oaks Drive was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft of property. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

• Lisa Marshall, 51, of 1393 Midway Ave. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

• Gary Powell, 23, of 1012 SW A St. in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony forgery and theft of property. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Thursday.

• Madison Divis, 22, of 11837 Strain Community Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft of property. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Springdale

• Teresa Holbrooks, 42, of 2002 Melissa Lane was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battery. Witnesses said Holbrooks shoved her mother’s boyfriend and tried to cut herself with scissors. Holbrooks remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday.

• Jake D. Britt, 18, 815B N. Pleasant St. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and theft of property. Britt remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday.

• Devorte M. Balentine, 18, 1705 Watson Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony aggravated robbery, residential burglary and tampering with physical evidence. Balentine remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday.

• Greg Kelly, 23030 Spider Creek Road, reported Wednesday the theft of a generator and tools from his shed.

• A caller Wednesday reported a breaking or entering at the soccer fields concession stand at 1600 N.E. John DeShields Blvd.

• Barry Wall, 1703 S.W. Commerce Drive, reported Wednesday the theft of between $1,600 and $2,000 in cash.

• Bill Coffelt reported Wednesday the theft of two doors valued at $2,250 from a construction site at 210 N.W. F St.

• Gary Griffin reported Wednesday that electronics were stolen from a house being built at 5114 S. Osage Creek Road.

Springdale

• Jon Lewis reported a breaking and entry Thursday at 2503 Barcelona Ave.

• David Combs reported Thursday the theft of two trailers from RC Trucking, 900B Dorman St.
