Beebe calls Crystal Bridges ‘international cultural beacon’

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette/RYAN MCGEENEY --09-23-2011-- Construction workers hoover over a section of the Crystal Bridges museum Friday afternoon in Bentonville. The museum has recently received an additional [GRANT? DONATION? ENDOWMENT?] of $400 million.

America’s richest family gave more than $1.2 billion to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in 2010, about $400 million more than what the museum previously had announced.
