Nick Hancock, a Springdale Har-Ber High freshman, tees off from hole five Wednesday at the Lost Springs Golf and Athletic Club in Rogers. Hancock received his first set of clubs when he was 18 months old from his father who would be his teacher until the age of 7. Currently, Hancock travels to Oklahoma twice a month to train with his coach, Marshal Smith.

One of the best golfers for the Springdale Har-Ber boys team doesn’t attend Har-Ber High. At least not yet.
