Officers’ shooting is ruled justified
Defending others, prosecutor claims

Officers were justified in using deadly force to end James Ray Palmer’s attack on the Crawford County Courthouse, Prosecuting Attorney Marc McCune said in a letter to the heads of the two law enforcement agencies involved.
