Residents Expect Widening Arkansas 264 To Change Rural Feel

The proposed expansion to five lanes, from Thompson Street to Arkansas 265, would cut through part of the Clarks’ property.

Onetta Clark understands progress but she also hates to see the nature of the property where she has lived for 43 years change.
