Officials seek new venue to extend opera season

Matthew Lulofs portrays the Pirate King during an Opera in the Ozarks performance of The Pirates of Penzance at Rogers Public Library in June. Opera in the Ozarks officials have a goal of a longer season in a new performance hall at Inspiration Point near Eureka Springs.
Despite week after week of record heat, there weren’t many empty seats this summer at Opera in the Ozarks.
