ROWERS ENJOY TEAMWORK ON WATER

Andrew Correll, left, seated in what is called the coxswain seat also called the cox seat, talks to Wynn Dickenson seated in the stroke seat of a rowing shell that holds 5 people called a 4 plus cox shell. The coxswain is in charge of the crew and gives all the commands. He or she is responsible for crew safety along with steering and coach the crew.
The most graceful boats on the lake aren’t powered by fuel, but by human muscle and spirit.
