Posted: October 23, 2011 at 5:26 a.m.

Angela Blagg shows a poster students at Westside Elementary School in Rogers created to encourage her in her battle with cancer. The school community has rallied around Blagg, raising nearly $7,000 and lots of emotional support.

The school secretary, who is undergoing treatment for Hodgkin’s lymphoma, can’t be around the children in person. So she made bookmarks with the message to celebrate Make A Difference Day and thank the school community for its support.
