Museum founder arrested on DWI

Wal-Mart billionaire Alice Walton was jailed overnight on a charge of driving while intoxicated in Texas after a birthday dinner last weekend in an incident that a family spokesman says she “accepts full responsibility for,” and which coincided with final preparations for the grand opening of her art museum in Bentonville.
