Scott County Declared Disaster Area
Portions Remain Flooded

James Forbes, Scott County judge, said he declared a disaster area just after midnight last night because of flooding.
Forbes said seven or eight families are displaced, a trailer was washed off its foundation and the areas of Parks and Boles still have flooding.
Forbes also said some houses and roads were damaged.
