A twist on the traditional turkey salad includes dried cranberries, walnuts and scallions. It’s a perfect use for leftover turkey.
Thanksgiving traditions: football, family, feasts — and leftovers. Using them up can be as simple as the turkey-on-white sandwich, or a little creativity can yield new tasty takes on turkey and accoutrements.
