Benton County Sheriff's Office

Stephanie Nichole Keith, 25, of 300 E. Rose St. in Avoca was arrested Monday in connection with felony breaking or entering, misdemeanor first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor theft of property, lost, mislaid, delivered by mistake. Keith was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

William Douglas Beeler, 39, of 3580 Realto Heights in Colorado Springs, Colo., was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. Beeler was released Monday from the Benton County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Bentonville

Tracy Allan Johnson, 23, of 17310 N. Arkansas 94 in Pea Ridge was arrested Monday in connection with parole violation. Johnson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Jason Beaver, 29, of 3076 N. Gregg Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family member and terroristic threatening. He was in the Washington County Detention Center Monday on $5,000 bond.

Jacob Inness, 19, of 1106 W. Maple St. was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault. He was in the Washington County Detention Center Monday on $5,000 bond.

Springdale

Arlington Lasmus, 32, of 1406 Christy Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with five counts of felony aggravated assault, first-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor third-degree domestic battering and driving while intoxicated. Witnesses said Lasmus hit his girlfriend, then used his Ford Taurus to ram the front door of her apartment three times while five people were in the living room. Lasmus remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Travis Shane, 32, of 801 S.E. Falcon Lane in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of 5.5 grams of methamphetamine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and misdemeanor possessing instruments of crime. Police said they found drugs and a pistol after a traffic stop. Shane remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Luis G. Cardenas-Hernandez, 24, of 1298 E. Honeysuckle Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of 0.5 gram of methamphetamine, furnishing prohibited articles, felon in possession of a firearm, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of a prohibited weapon and a misdemeanor Johnson warrant for failure to appear. Police said they found drugs and a pistol after a traffic stop. Cardenas-Hernandez remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday on a parole violation.

Roger Abraham, 20, of 2789 Hampshire Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with felony breaking or entering and misdemeanor public intoxication. Witnesses said Abraham broke into a vehicle parked at Club Kongo, 1408 S. Thompson St., stole lighter fluid and squirted it on the bar after going inside. Abraham remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Bruce France, 17258 Deer Park Lane, reported the theft of a remote unit from his electric gate.

Bentonville

Amber Toney, 900 S.W. Tater Black Road, reported Monday a burglary. Toney told police she had been out of town and returned to find items missing from her residence.

Rogers

Nick Huav, 1710 W. Hudson Drive, reported Monday that a check stolen from him was cashed at a Rogers restaurant.

Springdale

An employee of Simmons National Bank, 2832 W. Sunset Ave., reported Monday the passing of a counterfeit $10 bill.

An employee of Hog Country Delivery, 1714-A Commerce Park Drive, reported Monday the breaking of windows in delivery trucks.

An employee of Boost Mobile Service, 2257 Old Wire Road Suite 1, reported Monday a burglary.

An employee of Landers McClarty Used Automobiles, 701 N. Thompson St., reported a burglary Monday.

Shirley Upton reported Sunday the breaking and entry of a vehicle at 1005 Porter Ave. with an oxygen tank missing.

Fire

Rogers

Firefighters responded to a stove fire at 908 N. 31st St. on Saturday afternoon. According to a Fire Department report, damage was minimal and there were no injures.
