Oklahoma Runner Clips Rogers’ Montoya

Maggie Montoya, Rogers High School runner, approaches the twomile mark in the girls 5K race in the High School Cross Country All-Star Invitational at Rogers High on Saturday. Montoya finished second with a time of 18:08.51.
Rogers High cross country coach Carlton Efurd took one look at the cold, blustery weather conditions Saturday morning and told his runners not to expect a fast race.
