Hospice Lauds Walker

SYMPHONY GETS GHOSTLY

Having two authors instead of one added up to a record-breaking fundraiser for the Rogers Public Library Foundation on Oct. 28 and 29. Authors Lee Child and Rick Riordan helped the library foundation raise more than $26,000 — triple the amount raised in its former best year.

Junior High Pays Tribute

Daniela Campos, 15, works on the newly established Wall of Honor in the history and art department’s hallway at Southwest Junior High School in Springdale. The mural, which is expected to be completed by the end of the current semester, is dedicated to alumni of the school who have served in the military. Current students with family members who did not go to Southwest are also being honored.
