Dessert salon opens in Rogers

Sweets like this Fruit Tart and these French Macaron cookies are among the pretty offerings at Meridienne Dessert Salon & Cafe in downtown Rogers. The eatery opened April 29.
Whitewashed wood floors and bright white walls stretch down the long, surprisingly expansive room. Black and white tables line one side, while on the other rests a hulking, sculpted black counter.
