Changes In Store For Soccer Bill

A bill to regulate soccer goals across the state will undergo several changes before it is voted on by the Arkansas Senate. Sen. Cecile Bledsoe, R-Rogers, previously said the bill would remain unchanged in the Senate after it passed in the Arkansas House of Representatives, 81-7. Nine members didn’t vote.
