School district residents will vote May 10 on a tax increase to build a middle school and junior high school.

Either the powers to decide don't read the articles concerning them or they are ignoring you!! Wonder which it is?! The last millage increase passed was presented for specific buildings, but had to be changed for some reported reason. I do like your question. Hope there is a "written in stone" answer. If the millage passes, that is.
