How could this mistake happen? Surely not by someone who could not read the instructions, or understand what was told to him in English?

arkieblogger-
People make mistakes. Actually, every day people with various levels of education and comprehension make mistakes.
Thankfully, everyone exposed seems to be fairing well and should make a full recovery which is all that really matters, isn't it?

If you know anyone exposed suggest they see an independent pulmonologist for an INDEPENDENT medical exam, not medical people who are on Tyson's payroll. Dead/injured lung tissue spreads and over time it turns into emphysema.
