LITTLE ROCK — A man was killed Saturday in a one-vehicle accident in Heber Springs, according to an Arkansas State Police fatality report released Sunday.
Shortly before 9:45 p.m., Abram Barch Vogel, 36, ofHeber Springs, was killed on South Fourth Street, the report said. Vogel was driving a 1992 Chevrolet pickup southbound on the street when he failed to negotiate a turn, left the road and hit an embankment, the report said.
