Fayetteville police and Bank of America released this image of a man who reportedly robbed the Bank of America branch on Dickson Street in Fayetteville this morning about 10 a.m.

— The Bank of America branch at 703 Dickson St. in Fayetteville was robbed shortly after 10 a.m. Thursday by a white male in a dark knit cap and zip-up fleece jacket, according to an email news release from the Fayetteville Police Department.

The man handed a teller a note and a manilla envelope. The man was wearing wire-rim eyeglasses.

He did not display a weapon, police said.

The robber took the money and was last seen headed southeast of the bank on foot. No injuries were reported.

The man is described as a white male in his late 20s to early 30s.
