FINCH LAUDED FOR COMMITMENT TO YOUNG PEOPLE AT RECEPTION AFTER LAST DAY

Circuit Judge Jay Finch brought dedication and commit ment to his work in juvenile court — “the toughest job in the court house,” said Tom Keith, a former colleague and retired circuit judge Members of the local bar, family and friends celebrated Jay Finch’ service at a reception on June 30.
