Cyber unit makes 1st arrest, in porn case

An illegal alien living in Barling was the first person arrested in a child pornography case by the state attorney general’s newly created cybercrimes unit, Dustin Mc-Daniel said Wednesday.

Based on his past, he will probably be deported and return to this country once more, with a new 'name' only to offend again. It's a revolving door and the felonies don't seem to matter. If I read this correctly he was deported because of felony convictions!

My understanding is that it works a little different with re-entry. He will likely spend the rest of his life here, on federal and state charges.
Another key point in this particular case is that its the Arkansas Attorney General's new pet project. You can bet that is has his full attention.

Cyber unit makes a "crime scene" type arrest? Calling the crime "child-abuse" or "pornography" or both?
A photograph that can't be shown on daytime television is should not be shown online! It is illegal - PERIOD
The FCC has failed to regulate wire communications as has been their mission since 1934. Wire communications where computers replaced the telegraph machines is the Internet and should be regulated for content by the FCC.

looks like the cops are sitting there all day on the job looking at child porn and getting paid for it. Doesn't sound right to me since they just busted an ex-cop for sexually abusing a child not long ago. I seen that on the news.
