— Three juveniles and one adult were arrested Friday after Springdale police broke up a house party with about 30 students skipping school, officials said.

The adult was identified as Oscar Garay-Sanchez, 20, of Springdale, according to a police department news release.

Those arrested scuffled with police officers when they attempted to enter the house at 508 Jason Court, according Lt. Kenneth Church. One juvenile was hit with a Taser by police.

Police learned of the party after a motorist saw one student who had been in the fight on a nearby street.

The Springdale School District’s transportation department sent a school bus to pick up 23 of the students. Police planned take them to a district administration building and call their parents to pick them up.

At one point, 13 police cars responded to the scene.
