Traffic accident causes fatality in Springdale

SPRINGDALE — Springdale police reported a traffic fatality Tuesday that occurred on Ark. Highway 71 north of Randall Wobbe Lane.
Police said officers discovered the body of Patrick Shawn Killion, 27, at 6:48 A.M.
Authorities say Killion's vehicle travelled into oncoming traffic and collided with a Ford Excursion. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to Northwest Medical Center with minor injuries.
